1. Assist DC Operations Lead for smooth operations of DC and related IT infra for 99.5 & of IT services availability to the business.
2. Administer installation & Maintenance of organization data centre. Prepare plans for development & installation of DC according to present & future requirement.
3. Manage DC documentation including equipment inventory, s/w licensing, engineering drawings, As-IS configurations, expansion architecture and other documents while ensuring all the legal compliances
4. Develop implementation plans for dealing with complex requests for change or introduction of new services, evaluating risks, to integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations & review the effectiveness of change implementation
5. Lead, manage and direct the team to support all aspects of the IT services
