• Strategize L&D Function to create learning organization
• Drives OD interventions (Policy designing, Change management, Behavioural Intervention, learning transfer to work place etc)
• Driving and implementing lean management across the organization
• Owns the Trainings end-to-end and manages the training calendars
• Drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal stakeholders to make this possible
• Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery & training effectiveness
• Designing & validating training modules as required
• Prepares MIS reports & Training Dashboards
• Keeps track of development initiatives, its Impact and ROI for business
• Owns, manages and delivers on learning-related projects as allocated
1. Managing all safety officers of respective plant and assigned project sites by freezing their KRA and KPIs in coordination with respective plant head or project managers.
2. To conduct internal HSE audit for all plants, HO and assigned project sites and coordination for external HSE audits
3. HSE daily MIS review of all plants, incident investigation & its reporting, Monthly MIS udpate to top management
4. Emergency preparedness of corporate office by conducting mock drill, safety comitte review on periodic basis, fire fighting system and First Aid management .
5. HSE regulatory compliance coordiantion and implementation as per Factories Act-1948, Water Act, Air Act, EP Act , Hazardous waste management rules and their ammendments
6. Conducting regular Safety induction training at HO, technical training at plants & sites, webinar sessions and maintaining training record
7. HSE documentaion as per project client requirment, HSE SOP, guidelines preparation, ISO EMS & OHSAS implementation and manual udpate on periodic basis
8. Ensuring safety PPES implementation at all plant location and approval for its quality clearance, responsible for best industrial HSE practices like permit mgmt, LOTO etc. across the group.
9. Support on documentation & coordiantion for Consent to operate renewal, Factories license, Fire NOC authorisation, ensuring returns form 4 & 5 submission for all plants.
10. Conducting HSE events like Safety week, Road safety week, World Env. Day and Safety signages improvement,coordination across the group
11. Environmental parameters tesing and monitoring, conducting periodical medical examination of employees, ensuring calibration of all lifting equipments for plants
'- Ensuring smooth functioning of following supply chain cycle from indent to vendor payment. Manage activities related to strategic and tactical purchasing, material requirement planning, logistics, inventory control, warehousing and receiving.
- Framing policies, strategy, procedures, and process for effective and efficient management of supply chain function with corporate policies.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirement and ethical standards related to procurement.
- Plan and procure raw material and factory bought out items for production based on Production programme plan, procure, and dispatch of direct bought out goods as per project departments site closure.
- Developing and evaluating new and existing suppliers to ensure a robust supplier base with special emphasis on developing global supplier base.
- Formulating stratgies for cost saving activities and projects.
Material procurement exposure - Transformer & RE/UE Material, Cable, Conductor with accessories, Electrical Panel with DB etc.
1. Having experience of handling direct sales.
2. Experience in DG (Diesel Generator) sales & marketing.
3. Must have the territory knowledge.

1. To carry out the MOST study of all manufacturing operations at Kalsar and Kathua
2. To balance the production process of various manufacturing activities based on MOST Study.
3. To implement lean concept across organization
4. Training of people on MOST, LEAN, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, World class manufacturing practices.
5. Redefine process flow / material flow, better material handling techniques, inventory control through lean principles, measurement of OEE and OLE of manufacturing process.
