    • Interfaces with L&D’s internal customers on understanding and caters to their Learning requirements • Strategize L&D Function to create learning organization • Drives OD interventions (Policy designing, Change management, Behavioural Intervention, learning transfer to work place etc) • Driving and implementing lean management across the organization • Owns the Trainings end-to-end and manages the training calendars • Drives nominations through internal communication, and interfaces with training delivery partners and other internal stakeholders to make this possible • Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery & training effectiveness • Designing & validating training modules as required • Prepares MIS reports & Training Dashboards • Keeps track of development initiatives, its Impact and ROI for business • Owns, manages and delivers on learning-related projects as allocated
