Mr. Gagan Deep Chanana is a seasoned power and energy industry leader with over three decades of experience in building businesses, driving growth, and developing new market opportunities. An alumnus of Thapar University, Patiala, he holds a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering and has received several recognitions over the course of his distinguished career.

During his tenure of almost 23 years at JAKSON Group, Mr. Chanana has played a pivotal role in the growth and diversification of several key businesses. He was instrumental in expanding the Group’s Distributed Energy business and subsequently spearheaded its Solar Modules and Cells business. He also strengthened JAKSON’s longstanding partnership with Cummins, enabling the introduction of advanced genset technologies, while playing a key role in establishing the Group’s Solar Rooftop and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) verticals.
Under his leadership, these businesses strengthened their position in the market, expanded their capabilities, and established new benchmarks for performance and excellence.
In his current role as CEO, Growth Projects, Mr. Chanana is responsible for identifying and building new growth avenues for JAKSON Group, with a focus on emerging opportunities aligned with India’s evolving energy landscape.

Aravind Chandran is the CEO of the Jakson Family Office, where he oversees the management of investments and family trusts. He is a former senior civil servant and seasoned financial professional with over three decades of leadership experience spanning public administration, finance, infrastructure development, education reform, and revenue management.
An MBA from Vanderbilt University (USA), Aravind is a Chartered Accountant (India) and a Certified Public Accountant (USA). His distinguished public service career includes senior roles such as Finance Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration; Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister, Delhi; Registrar, GGS Indraprastha University; and leadership positions across Delhi Tourism, industrial development corporations, and tax administration.
He has played a pivotal role in large-scale public sector transformations, including the creation of education and skill universities in Delhi, execution of major infrastructure and recruitment initiatives in remote regions, and leadership of disaster relief and rehabilitation efforts following the Andaman tsunami. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking with Wachovia Securities (USA), advising on infrastructure finance transactions.
Aravind is widely respected for his integrity, strategic judgment, and proven ability to deliver complex reforms with measurable and lasting outcomes.

Anita Malik, as our Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Jakson Group, brings over 25 years of rich experience in strategic HR. With a master's in Industrial Psychology and a Doctorate in Psychology from the prestigious University of Delhi, Ms. Malik possesses a profound understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
Her professional journey is adorned with significant tenures at globally renowned organizations, including CK Birla Group and IBM India, where she honed her expertise in end-to-end HR operations, specializing in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
As Group CHRO, she excels at shaping the strategic direction of Jakson's people agenda, architecting a robust talent framework, strengthening employee experience, and fostering a culture of excellence. Her forward-thinking mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic working conditions empower us to stay agile and resilient amidst changing industry landscapes. Her distinguished background and leadership make her an invaluable asset in charting our Group's course towards new realms of success

Tarun Anand is the Group Chief Information Officer for Jakson Group. He is a digital leader with experience of over 27 years in designing and delivering high performing digital eco-system using latest technology strategies. Mr. Tarun has built strong technological capabilities in the organizations like Dabur, Mother Dairy, Hero Cycles, Oriflame & Modicare for IT solution delivery in a global setup.
Mr. Tarun is certified Global CIO from ISB Hyderabad and has been member of SAP Product Advisory Council & Next100 Awards Jury. He has won many accolades like ICONIC IDC Insights award by International Data Corporation, Excellence Award by ETCIO and CIO100 award by International Data Group.
He loves listening to music and has keen interest in keeping fit.

At JAKSON Group, Maitreyi Tripathyi leads Corporate Advocacy and Marketing Communications, working closely with the Chairman’s Office to drive strategic communications, brand initiatives, and stakeholder engagement—strengthening the Group’s voice across the external ecosystem.
She brings over two decades of rich and diverse experience across leading organizations such as Sterlite Power, HCL Technologies, the United Nations, and NSDC. Over the years, she has worked extensively across sectors including energy, IT, and skilling, engaging with stakeholders across government, corporate, and development ecosystems. Prior to joining JAKSON, she led high-impact communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives at Sterlite Power.
Maitreyi is a specialist in internal and external communications, with expertise spanning brand management, public relations, media relations, social media strategy, and crisis communications. Her earlier experience as a broadcast journalist adds depth to her storytelling and audience insight. Maitreyi’s collaborative leadership style, her ability to inspire teams, and the energy she brings to building narratives are both meaningful and impactful.

Mr. Raghav Gupta is an integral part of the esteemed Jakson Group, representing the fourth generation of the family business.
After his schooling from Delhi Public School, Mr. Gupta completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in the year 2015. His professional journey commenced with an 18-month internship at Cummins India Limited, where he gained comprehensive exposure to various facets of the business, including operations, manufacturing, marketing, HR, finance, quality, safety, research & development, warehousing, supply chain management, and IT.
Thereafter, at Jakson, Mr. Gupta took over the role of Manager, where he successfully introduced 5S practices across all manufacturing facilities, raising standards in productivity, safety, and cost efficiency. Subsequently, he held the position of General Manager, Solar Rooftop Business, overseeing the design and execution of numerous solar rooftop projects. His responsibilities expanded further when he became the Executive Vice President for Jakson's Infrastructure and EPC business for a two-year tenure.
Today, Mr. Raghav Gupta holds the distinguished position of Managing Director within Jakson's Infrastructure business, with a primary focus on electrical projects, water projects, and civil projects. He has set an ambitious target to elevate this vertical, aiming for revenues exceeding 10,000 crores by the year 2025.
He is a proponent of continuous learning and invests in self-development with the goal of creating value not only for the organization but also for the community and the nation at large. His commitment to education continues with him undertaking courses at Harvard even now!

Desh Raj Pathak as the Chief Operating Officer of Transmission & Distribution and Metro Business for our Infra Business, brings with him an illustrious experience of 28 years in the Power & Energy Sector. He brings forth an array of expertise, from excelling at soft skills of team management & building, to technical skills of project execution of more than 100 EPC projects in various terrains, business development, estimation and tendering to excellent client relationships with working exposure in India and overseas. His previous working experience in helicrane operations, helicopter operations, drone stringing, head loading through wire rope spans, and more, extends a well-rounded experience for our team.
With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Institution of Engineers (India) and diplomas in Business Management and Export Management, he has held influential roles at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd., Tata Projects, GMR Energy Limited, Al-Salam Industrial & Trading Est., and Hyundai Unitech Electrical Trans. Ltd. He is also a fellowship member of the Institution of Engineers.

Satish Sinha as the Chief Operating Officer of Civil & Water Infra at Jakson Infra brings with him over 32 years of extensive experience in project management, design coordination, sales, business development and tendering across all civil and power Infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects across India as well as internationally, showcasing strong strategic leadership in complex environments.
With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and an MBA in Project Management, he has held prominent positions in Shapoorji Pallonji, Larsen & Toubro, ITD, Simplex, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Lanco Power, JSPL, and Reliance Power.

Manish Kumar, Chief Sales Officer for the Infra Business at Jakson, brings with him over 31 years of rich industry experience and a strong record of excellence in sales, marketing, revenue generation, R&D, and strategic client relationship management. As the leader of the Business Development and Tendering functions, he plays a pivotal role in steering growth across key segments, including Power Transmission & Distribution, Metro Electrification, and Civil & Water Infrastructure.
Throughout his 20-year tenure at Jakson, Manish has consistently demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and the ability to foster high-performing teams. His diverse experience within the organization—spanning DG Projects, Supply Chain, and Business Controls—has equipped him with a deep and comprehensive understanding of Jakson’s operations. His vision and leadership continue to enhance Jakson’s market presence while driving sustained business expansion in the infrastructure domain.

Venkat Muvvala serves as the President & Chief Business Officer of Infra Business for Jakson Group, boasting an expansive 35-year career in power generation and infrastructure. His expertise extends from concept to the commissioning of renewable energy, transmission, and distribution projects, as well as gas power projects, with a strong emphasis on optimizing asset life cycles for improved performance and ROI.
Notably, Venkat has spearheaded the development and execution of 2 GW of solar photovoltaic projects, 10 GW of gas-based power generation projects, and multiple T&D projects for state discoms and Central PSUs. His illustrious career has seen him in influential roles at Jindal Renewable Power, Vikram Solar, GE Power, Rolls Royce Energy, Pratt & Whitney, and other renowned organizations.
Venkat Muvvala holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the esteemed Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

As the CEO and MD of Jakson Green Pvt. Ltd., Bikesh Ogra brings his extensive experience in the energy and construction industry to lead the company's global-standard engineering and construction business. With a remarkable career that includes serving as the Global CEO of STERLING & WILSON Solar, Bikesh has overseen the successful construction of 10,000MW of solar power plants across multiple continents. His contributions have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including Green Entrepreneur of the Year and Solar Entrepreneur of the Year. Bikesh is known for his passion for mentoring teams, embracing innovative technologies, and actively participating in philanthropic endeavors. In his personal life, he is an avid fitness enthusiast, trekker, and cricket lover.

With an impressive 28 years of experience in the renewable management domain, Kannan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Chennai and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from George Washington University, he is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the industry. Kannan previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Solar EPC and O&M at Sterling & Wilson, where he played a pivotal role in the company's IPO launch. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to society by founding Vocuni, a global community focused on nurturing entrepreneurial interests among the youth and helping them earn a sustainable livelihood.
