An MBA from Vanderbilt University (USA), Aravind is a Chartered Accountant (India) and a Certified Public Accountant (USA). His distinguished public service career includes senior roles such as Finance Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Administration; Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister, Delhi; Registrar, GGS Indraprastha University; and leadership positions across Delhi Tourism, industrial development corporations, and tax administration.
He has played a pivotal role in large-scale public sector transformations, including the creation of education and skill universities in Delhi, execution of major infrastructure and recruitment initiatives in remote regions, and leadership of disaster relief and rehabilitation efforts following the Andaman tsunami. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking with Wachovia Securities (USA), advising on infrastructure finance transactions.
Aravind is widely respected for his integrity, strategic judgment, and proven ability to deliver complex reforms with measurable and lasting outcomes.

Her professional journey is adorned with significant tenures at globally renowned organizations, including CK Birla Group and IBM India, where she honed her expertise in end-to-end HR operations, specializing in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development.
As Group CHRO, she excels at shaping the strategic direction of Jakson's people agenda, architecting a robust talent framework, strengthening employee experience, and fostering a culture of excellence. Her forward-thinking mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic working conditions empower us to stay agile and resilient amidst changing industry landscapes. Her distinguished background and leadership make her an invaluable asset in charting our Group's course towards new realms of success

Mr. Tarun is certified Global CIO from ISB Hyderabad and has been member of SAP Product Advisory Council & Next100 Awards Jury. He has won many accolades like ICONIC IDC Insights award by International Data Corporation, Excellence Award by ETCIO and CIO100 award by International Data Group.
He loves listening to music and has keen interest in keeping fit.

In his spare time, Sanjay is an avid reader with a wide range of interests, and enjoys listening to music.

Known for his ability to craft innovative, win-win solutions, Mr. Pokhriyal has successfully managed challenging scenarios involving category dynamics, consumer behavior, channel strategies, and high-stakes negotiations. His leadership has been instrumental in driving multiple business and organizational transformation projects, with direct oversight of key functions including marketing, finance, HR, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Mr. Pokhriyal has a proven track record in long-term strategy formulation and execution across various categories and companies.




For the past 22 years, Mr. Chanana has been instrumental in expanding the Distributed Energy Business at Jakson. He has strengthened Jakson’s partnership with Cummins, introducing state-of-the-art genset technology, and established the solar rooftop and battery energy storage solutions business verticals. Under his leadership, the vertical has emerged as a leading player in the industry, consistently setting new benchmarks for excellence.

After his schooling from Delhi Public School, Mr. Gupta completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in the year 2015. His professional journey commenced with an 18-month internship at Cummins India Limited, where he gained comprehensive exposure to various facets of the business, including operations, manufacturing, marketing, HR, finance, quality, safety, research & development, warehousing, supply chain management, and IT.
Thereafter, at Jakson, Mr. Gupta took over the role of Manager, where he successfully introduced 5S practices across all manufacturing facilities, raising standards in productivity, safety, and cost efficiency. Subsequently, he held the position of General Manager, Solar Rooftop Business, overseeing the design and execution of numerous solar rooftop projects. His responsibilities expanded further when he became the Executive Vice President for Jakson's Infrastructure and EPC business for a two-year tenure.
Today, Mr. Raghav Gupta holds the distinguished position of Managing Director within Jakson's Infrastructure business, with a primary focus on electrical projects, water projects, and civil projects. He has set an ambitious target to elevate this vertical, aiming for revenues exceeding 10,000 crores by the year 2025.
He is a proponent of continuous learning and invests in self-development with the goal of creating value not only for the organization but also for the community and the nation at large. His commitment to education continues with him undertaking courses at Harvard even now!

Notably, Venkat has spearheaded the development and execution of 2 GW of solar photovoltaic projects, 10 GW of gas-based power generation projects, and multiple T&D projects for state discoms and Central PSUs. His illustrious career has seen him in influential roles at Jindal Renewable Power, Vikram Solar, GE Power, Rolls Royce Energy, Pratt & Whitney, and other renowned organizations.
Venkat Muvvala holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the esteemed Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.

With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Institution of Engineers (India) and diplomas in Business Management and Export Management, he has held influential roles at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd., Tata Projects, GMR Energy Limited, Al-Salam Industrial & Trading Est., and Hyundai Unitech Electrical Trans. Ltd. He is also a fellowship member of the Institution of Engineers.
