    • Responsible for leading sales team activities and operations for a small to medium size business segment (i.e. territory, product line, market segment).
    • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
    • Assist department Head/In-charge to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
    • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Develops rapport, builds trust, and creates value in relationships with customers and channel partners.
    • Sets and achieves sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets.
    • Develops and implements sales objectives, strategies, promotional programs and ensures the execution for all target markets.
    • Sound knowledge of key Cummins customers (Gas Generator & Diesel Generator), Hyster forklift, Valvoline Lubricants, Spare Parts and Cummins Generator Technologies will get advantages.
    • Able to formulate sales call plans, conduct calls according to plans, gather information to strengthen the sales position and progress through the sales process.
    • Able to recognize customer needs and suggest product applications to solve problems and create benefits for the customer.
