Jakson rooftop solar solutions powering Rama University in Hapur

Overview

A 400 KW rooftop solar plant was recently commissioned by Jakson at Rama University located at, Hapur in India. Jakson provided complete turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the project. Executed under Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) RESCO model, the plant will supply electricity at a subsidized rate to the institute for a period of 25 years. While an estimated annual electricity cost savings in the range of 17-20 lacs is expected, at the same time the plant will prevent almost 480 tons of harmful carbon emissions from being released into the atmosphere.

Diesel Genset Power Back Up Solution for Maruti Cements Ltd. Nepal

Overview

Maruti Cements Ltd. (MCL) is one of the biggest private sector cement plant situated at Chandraudaipur, Siraha, Nepal. This plant manufactures 2000 tonnes per day amount of cement.

Jakson was approached to provide back-up power solution to ensure no breakdown in power supply. Based on our past experience of handling similar projects we offered Maruti Cement Ltd. a solution of providing 05 nos. of backup power consisting of 03 DG sets in phase 1 and 02 DG sets totaling to 10 MVA.

Tata Cummins goes solar for cleaner and greener environment

Overview

A state-of-the-art, 625 KW rooftop solar plant was recently commissioned by Jakson at a Tata Cummins manufacturing plant in Phaltan, Maharashtra. The plant generates about 10 lakh units of green electricity annually, which is used for running plant operations. This translates into a saving of about INR 30 lakhs per annum in electricity costs as well. Jakson provided complete turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the project. The project was executed under CAPEX model, where the roof owner is the owner of the rooftop solar system and bears the entire capital expenditure of the project. In addition to turnkey execution, Jakson will provide annual operations and maintenance services.
