Jakson's manufacturing plants have best manufacturing practices and infrastructure. Jakson generating manufacturing plant at Daman, is one of the largest in Asia having a total area of around 1,50,000sq.ft.

The sheet metal fabrication facilities at Daman & Noida have the latest state-of-art CNC turret punch, CNC press brakes from “Amada” Japan and shearing machine from Bystronic Switzerland. These machines ensure very high accuracy enabling ensure very high accuracy enabling production of compact and high quality enclosures and control panels. Welding is done strictly using TIG & MIG to ensure high quality welds.

All sheet metal components undergo nine tank automised pre-treatment process that includes de-greasing, de-rusting, activation, phosphating, passivation and oven drying followed by de-mineralized water rinsing after each stage where required.

These fabricated components then undergo powder coating with pure polyester powder by “Robotic Arm” before being baked on automatic conveyorized baking oven. This ensures long life to the painted components and provides protection against corrosion, ensures durability and gloss.

Paint section is also equipped with hi-tech laboratory to ensure quality check.

The facilities are equipped with the Effluent Treatment Plant to control hazardous water polluting chemicals thereby providing pollution free environment.The genset assembly facility is equipped with World class material handling and testing facilities. Each and every generating set packaged at Jakson is thoroughly tested at full load prior to despatch.
